She is admitted to the Bar Council of India and previously worked as a Law Officer in a public sector undertaking. Before joining Alsuwaidi & Co. in July 2025, she was In-House Counsel for a leading UAE distribution company.
She has also taught corporate law at institutions such as the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Kumari brings a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to legal matters, enabling clients to navigate complex regulatory environments while meeting business goals.

Ali Alraeesi is a Partner at Alsuwaidi & Company. He has significant experience in all major areas of law and practice in the UAE, including Criminal Law, Civil, Commercial Law, and, representing clients’ interests before all levels of the UAE courts.
As an Emirati lawyer, with vast years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution in the UAE, Ali has full rights of audience before the UAE Courts. He represents a range of domestic and international clients which include large conglomerates, small to medium sized companies as well as prominent business individuals in contentious matters.
Ali has developed extensive expertise in handling cases relative to extradition, Interpol, financial crimes, cybercrimes, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, anti-money laundering, bounced cheques, defamation, medical negligence, insurance as well as criminal matters arising from infringing intellectual property rights.
Ali has an impressive track record and has successfully defended government and semi-government entities in a number of court cases and achieved settlements. He regularly advises clients in other types of litigation, including intellectual property, corporate and personal status disputes.

Mohammed Alsuwaidi is Founding and Managing Partner of Alsuwaidi & Company. He is a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in arbitration. He has been appointed as an arbitrator on more than 100 arbitrations to date; and is also called upon as a UAE law expert on international arbitrations.

Mohammed Alsuwaidi is Founding and Managing Partner of Alsuwaidi & Company. Prior to founding Alsuwaidi & Company, Mohammed was the Head of Legal at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation. Over the past two decades, Mohammed has carved an enviable arbitration practice, supporting reputable names in the GCC and beyond.
Mohammed’s career is firmly rooted in the UAE. He is a prominent and learned professional in UAE law and has been called upon as a UAE law expert on numerous international arbitrations. To date, he has been appointed as an arbitrator on more than 80 arbitrations.
His commitment to the legal industry has been strong throughout his career. He was Vice Chairman of the Jurist Association in the UAE, was President of the Organization of Young Arab Lawyers, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Jurists Association and a former Board Member of the Human Rights Association in the UAE.
Today, Mohammed holds numerous memberships with established, international arbitration associations, and he is a licensed arbitrator in the International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration. He is highly networked and holds various offices which include, Vice President of Dubai Swiss Business Council, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Ajman Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (Ajman Chamber of Commerce).

Since joining the firm, Nazanin has played a vital role in advising clients on complex employment matters and commercial disputes, further strengthening the firm’s reputation for strategic legal solutions. Prior to moving to the UAE, she gained experience working with leading Canadian law firms, including Miller Thomson LLP and Torchwood Law. A licensed Paralegal in Ontario, Canada, she leverages her international legal training to deliver comprehensive counsel to clients in the UAE.
