Lawrence Marie Mon is a Certified Paralegal with over a decade of professional experience in the UAE, with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Her work spans civil, commercial and criminal litigation, employment matters, contractual and commercial claims, insurance disputes, execution proceedings and other contentious matters.

She joined Alsuwaidi & Company’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice in December 2016 and, following international in-house experience with a U.S. -based company, returned to the Firm.

She supports the Abu Dhabi and Ajman litigation teams, with experience in legal and factual research, case assessment, legal drafting, evidence management, court processes and preparation for hearings before UAE Courts, Sanadak and Reconciliation and Settlement Committees.

Lawrence brings a strong understanding of the UAE legal and judicial landscape, combining private-practice and in-house experience with a structured, precise and practical approach to complex contentious matters.
