Feras is recognized for his high ethical standards in all work performed. He is a seasoned writer and discerning researcher, capable of reducing loss and liability of both individuals and leading corporate clients.
Feras acts as lead legal counsel in civil, labor law, real estate and commercial litigation. He advises clients on their claims related to legal rights and determines a potential case’s merit and viability. He attends all expert meetings with clients to ensure his client’s legal rights are protected and enforced.
Feras has successfully represented leading real estate development companies in contractual disputes, regional aviation companies in employment disputes, as well as cross boarder shareholder disputes. Feras is strong in drafting legal documents and conciliations accurately prepares court documents.

Feras obtained a Bachelor of Law from Aleppo University in 2001. He obtained his judicial Diploma Qualification in 2005 from the Syrian Ministry of Justice.
Feras has a Human Law Certificate from the International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva in Training Course International. He also attended several courses in arbitration in the Emirate of Ajman between 2014 – 2015.
Feras is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
