Bilingual Paralegal Litigation Department
We are looking for a Bilingual Paralegal (Arabic / English) to join our Litigation Department.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in litigation matters
- Strong legal drafting and document review skills
- Familiarity with court systems, court procedures, and online court portals
- Ability to assist with case preparation, court filings, and legal research
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Previous UAE law firm experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting lawyers with litigation files and case management
- Drafting legal correspondence, memoranda, and court-related documents in Arabic and English
- Handling court system procedures, filings, and follow-up through the relevant court portals
- Coordinating hearings and procedural requirements
- Conducting legal research and reviewing case documents
- Liaising with clients, courts, and relevant authorities where required
