A new chapter has arrived with arbitration in Dubai being under the umbrella of DIAC with DIFC-LCI continuing as a division of DIAC with its own rules and case officers. This will make the process of arbitration more streamlined and allow users to have a real choice in the arbitration procedures and rules to be adopted.
