Sultan has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the UAE.
He represents clients before UAE courts and in arbitration, advising on high-value and cross-border matters across sectors including commercial, construction, and shareholder disputes.
Sultan has acted for regional and international clients in significant disputes, including WIPO-related enforcement matters, foreign judgment enforcement, and complex commercial and construction claims. He also provides UAE law expert opinions in DIAC arbitration and related proceedings.
