Reda Hegazy is a highly respected dispute resolution practitioner with over three decades of experience advising and representing clients across the UAE. He has a well-established practice covering civil, commercial, criminal, and labour litigation, as well as complex arbitration proceedings.
Reda is widely recognised for his expertise in maritime, construction (including mega projects), real estate, insurance, and intellectual property disputes.
As Head of the Litigation Practice Group, he leads high-value and multi-jurisdictional matters involving commercial, construction, employment, medical negligence, maritime, and real estate disputes, delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy before UAE courts and arbitral tribunals.
Throughout his career, Reda has served as a legal advisor to several government and quasi-government entities in the UAE. Notably, he was a member of the legal committee involved in drafting federal housing legislation, reflecting his contribution to the development of the UAE’s legal framework.

Reda holds a Bachelor of Law from Mansoura University, Egypt. In 2013, he obtained a further diploma in Contracts.
Reda is listed Legal Consultant in the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, a Member of the DIAC 40, Young Practitioners Group in Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), a certified arbitrator and member of the International Commercial Arbitration Centre (ICAA) in Sharjah (Tahkeem).
He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
