Reda has extensive experience in handling criminal, labor, civil and commercial litigation matters in the UAE having practiced in the region for over 25 years. He has conducted several arbitrations in the region and is a recognized maritime, insurance and intellectual property lawyer. Reda leads the Litigation team in commercial, construction, employment, medical negligence and real estate.
Reda’s has a strong understanding of Sharia Law and court which he applies strategically to dispute matters, legal consultation, and any client matter to generate a positive outcome. Further to this, he boasts an exceptional track record.
Reda has held a number of prominent positions as legal advisor to government and quasi government entities. This included being involved in the legal committee that drafted federal housing laws in the UAE. Reda is well known in the UAE market and is often called upon by a number of regional publications for legal opinions and known how.

Reda holds a Bachelor of Law from Mansoura University, Egypt. In 2013, he obtained a further diploma in Contracts.
Reda is listed Legal Consultant in the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, a Member of the DIAC 40, Young Practitioners Group in Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), a certified arbitrator and member of the International Commercial Arbitration Centre (ICAA) in Sharjah (Tahkeem).
He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
