Alsuwaidi & Company is pleased to announce that its Managing Partner Mohammed Alsuwaidi has been included in the List of Arbitrators of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC), following approval by the Centre’s Board of Directors.
The OIC-AC List of Arbitrators comprises distinguished practitioners, academics and experts in international arbitration and dispute resolution. Individuals included in the List may be considered for nomination or appointment as arbitrators in proceedings administeredunder the OIC-AC Arbitration Rules.
