As part of Dubai Arbitration Week 2026, Alsuwaidi & Company will bring together senior representatives from arbitration centres across the UAE for a conversation exploring the evolving UAE arbitration landscape.
Moderated by Mohammed R. Alsuwaidi, Managing Partner of Alsuwaidi & Company, the session will bring together perspectives from across the UAE’s arbitration community, with participating centres sharing insights into their approach, development and the considerations parties should take into account when selecting an arbitration institution.
The discussion will explore institutional choice, competition and collaboration, and how the UAE’s arbitration centres can collectively contribute to the country’s continued development as an international destination for dispute resolution.
The session will also provide an opportunity for attendees to engage with representatives from across the arbitration community and connect with fellow practitioners and professionals during Dubai Arbitration Week.
