Feras Kalash is one of our most experienced lawyers. In his capacity as a Senior Associate, Feras specializes in Litigation and Dispute Resolution in the fields of Banking & Islamic Finance, Civil law, Real Estate and Commercial litigation.
In a career spanning over 20 years Feras has gained exemplorary legal experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He served as a judge within the Syrian Ministry of Justice for a decade and has contributed his expertise as a senior legal advisor at Alsuwaidi & Company for the past 11 years.
Feras is distinguished by his unwavering adherence to ethical principles. Leveraging his deep expertise, he has great proficiency as both a scholarly writer in Arabic and also a diligent and discerning researcher. Clients return again and again as Feras is most adept at mitigating losses and liabilities for both individual and corporate clients. He also provides invaluable guidance to clients in asserting their legal rights, meticulously evaluating the merit and feasibility of each potential case. Feras obtained a Bachelor of Law from Aleppo University in 2001. He obtained his judicial Diploma Qualification in 2005 from the Syrian Ministry of Justice.
Feras has a Human Law Certificate from the International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva in Training Course International. He also attended several courses in arbitration in the Emirate of Ajman between 2014 – 2015.
Feras is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
