Kumari is a corporate and commercial lawyer with cross-jurisdictional experience across the GCC, Africa, the CIS, and India. Her work includes cross-border contracts, IP management, corporate governance, employment law, and dispute resolution, with particular focus on distribution, retail lease, and sub-licensing agreements.
She is admitted to the Bar Council of India and previously worked as a Law Officer in a public sector undertaking. Before joining Alsuwaidi & Co. in July 2025, she was In-House Counsel for a leading UAE distribution company.
She has also taught corporate law at institutions such as the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Kumari brings a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to legal matters, enabling clients to navigate complex regulatory environments while meeting business goals.
