In a career spanning over 20 years Feras has gained exemplorary legal experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He served as a judge within the Syrian Ministry of Justice for a decade and has contributed his expertise as a senior legal advisor at Alsuwaidi & Company for the past 13 years
Feras is distinguished by his unwavering adherence to ethical principles and his strong commitment to protecting his clients’ legal interests. He is a highly proficient Arabic legal writer and a diligent, analytical researcher, known for his ability to mitigate losses and liabilities for both individual and corporate clients. He provides clear, practical guidance on asserting legal rights and carefully evaluates the merit and feasibility of each matter, while actively consulting with experts to ensure a comprehensive and well-informed approach.
Throughout his career, Feras has represented a diverse range of clients, including banks in finance-related and Shariah matters, leading real estate developers in contractual disputes, regional aviation entities in employment disputes, and multinational corporations in cross-border shareholder conflicts. He is adept at drafting precise legal documents, preparing and executing court filings with accuracy, and facilitating advantageous conciliation and settlement where appropriate.
Feras represents banks and financial institutions in complex banking and Islamic finance disputes and plays an active role in high-value commercial matters, consistently achieving favourable outcomes. He also contributes to strategic risk advisory and to the drafting and review of advanced legal submissions across all stages of litigation, including appellate and cassation proceedings.

Feras obtained a Bachelor of Law from Aleppo University in 2001. He obtained his judicial Diploma Qualification in 2005 from the Syrian Ministry of Justice.
Feras has a Human Law Certificate from the International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva in Training Course International. He also attended several courses in arbitration in the Emirate of Ajman between 2014 – 2015.
Feras is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
