Additionally, Ali has served as a conciliator in a labor office, mediating conflicts between employers and employees, resolving grievances, and ensuring fair and equitable outcomes in employment-related disputes.

Ali joined Alsuwaidi & Company in March 2023, where he is responsible for drafting claim statements, as well as writing submissions and appeals for civil, real estate, commercial, and labor cases before Dubai courts
