Mamdouh Has extensive experience in the legal field, who is part of the corporate team. His diverse corporate experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, employment, dispute resolution, and working closely with several governmental entities and major companies.

Prior to joining Alsuwaidi & Company. He held various legal positions across the largest companies in the Gulf. He advises leading organizations and has gained substantial experience in commercial and corporate practice. He also handled contract negotiation and drafted commercial agreements, guidelines, internal policies, and company’s procedures for several clientele  

Mamdouh has sound corporate experience in governance and regulatory manners in his previous roles and further served for three years as Chairman of the Control and Investigation committee in one of the holding companies in the Gulf and was selected as a member of a number of select committees such as the Employee Affairs Committee, and the Listing Committee.

Mamdouh holds an L.L.B from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.  He is a Member of Egyptian Bar association with appeal degree registration and appearing before the appellate courts.

Mamdouh is fluent in both Arabic and English.
