Shaza is a Dubai-based legal researcher with experience in litigation, rental disputes, and execution proceedings under the UAE legal framework.
She drafts legal memoranda, statements of claim, and defence submissions, and supports execution and enforcement procedures. She also assists with rental disputes before the Dubai and Sharjah Rental Dispute Centres, including tenancy contract review.
Previously, Shaza worked as a Legal Consultant in the UAE and practised law in Syria, with exposure to both civil and criminal litigation. Between 2019 and 2024, she supported a wide range of dispute matters across litigation and enforcement.
