The Multilaw Employment Practice Group meeting was held at the EMEA Regional Meeting which was attended by Stephanie Mouanes from Alsuwaidi & Company. Stephanie spoke about the secondment of an employee from the UAE jurisdiction and the challenges met during litigation procedures.
