Hany is an Associate who works closely with the firm’s litigation and criminal law teams. He is involved in the preparation and handling of a range of criminal and regulatory matters, supporting case strategy through legal research, drafting, and detailed analysis.

He has experience assisting in matters involving cybercrime, breach of trust, fraud, defamation, discredit, money laundering, and INTERPOL-related issues, including both the listing and removal of Red Notices.

Before joining the firm, Hany worked in the internal investigations team at a multinational gold mining company in Egypt. There, he dealt with workplace incidents and internal misconduct, including misuse of company property, embezzlement, and employee injury cases.

His practical experience and understanding of legal procedure contribute to his role supporting the firm’s advocates on a variety of complex matters.

Hany holds an LLB from Alexandria University, Egypt, he also holds a Professional Diploma in Legal & UN Translation from The American University in Cairo, Egypt. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Hany is fluent in both English and Arabic.
