Alsuwaidi & Company was invited to participate in the Sharjah Second Engineering Forum organized by the Sharjah Municipality that took place on 21 & 22 of January 2020. Our associate, Mr. Reda Hegazy attended on behalf of our firm and he gave a talk and a presentation on the topic: “Basic Conditions for Contracting Contracts”. Mr. Reda communicated/delivered to the attendees a deep legal understanding of the Contracting Contracts detailing the liability of the parties including the subcontractors.
