Construction Disputes
Working with private and public clients across the UAE
Alsuwaidi & Company’s construction practice supports both private and public sector clients. Supporting clients in both their non contentious and contentious matters, our Construction team has a deep-rooted practice, and admirable track record in representing clients’ interest in construction, civil engineering, environmental, regeneration and infrastructure related matters. Our success rate for contentious matters is over 94% and we believe this is due to our in-depth industry knowledge and strategic approach that enables us to effectively advise on any construction related matter.
Our contentious Construction team offers client’s a number of dispute resolution platforms, be it through the UAE Courts, DIFC, ADGM or arbitration. We actively support the promotion of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), since it is a cost-effective method for early resolution and saves your business valuable time and the added cost of more formal proceedings.
Our construction team includes qualified practising arbitrators, as well as experienced and accredited mediators. As part of the larger team, our construction team is supported by colleagues throughout the firm, enabling us to tailor our representation to support you and your business, and meet your exact requirements.
