Amal Alameri, is a UAE National Lawyer and licensed to practice before all Courts in the UAE including the Federal Supreme Court. She has been in litigation for over 12 years.
Her experience to date includes Criminal, Civil, Commercial as well as Labor disputes. Her sector specialisms include insurance, banking, trade and investment and rental disputes. Amal has a extensive understanding of UAE litigation procedures, interpreting Sharia laws, and promulgating provisions, and regulations of UAE, drafting pleadings, agreements, legal counseling, defending client’s interests, presenting evidence before the Courts.
Amal is active in access to justice and handles several of the firm’s pro-bono cases.
