Ibrahim has a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Damascus University Faculty of Law and is a member of the Syrian Bar Association, Damascus Branch.
Ibrahim is fluent in Arabic and English, and has intermediate competency in French and basic Greek.
Prior to joining Alsuwaidi & Company, Ibrahim was a legal consultant for a leading commercial bank. He represented the banks before courts and government, and negotiated and drafted legal documents and contracts. He oversaw the insolvency cases of the bank’s clients, and assisted bank managers in compliance and custody matters. He further supervised external bank lawyers and administered legal training workshops as a certified legal trainer.
