Data Entry Assistant (Emirati)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant in our Dubai office. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering data into our computer system, and preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplication of data.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to colleague for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Perform general office tasks, special projects and other duties as requested or required from time to time.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school graduate or higher educational background
- Preferably UAE National
- Proficient in Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks within specified timelines.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
