Bilingual Legal Assistant – Abu Dhabi office
As a bilingual legal assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team in providing top-notch legal services to our clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting attorneys with document preparation, including legal research, drafting, translating, and editing legal documents in both Arabic and English.
- Managing and organizing case files and documents.
- Communicating with clients in both Arabic and English to gather necessary information and provide updates on their cases.
- Scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings.
- Conducting administrative tasks such as data entry and billing.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Translation Skills.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a related legal field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal software, court system and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
