Mariam is a legal researcher in the Corporate and Commercial practice group at Alsuwaidi & Company. Her practice focuses on advising international and domestic clients on structuring of transactions, company incorporations, corporate restructurings. She does draft and reviewing of legal contracts, proposals, prepares legal opinions on various corporate and commercial laws. Prior to joining Alsuwaidi & Company, Mariam has worked as an in-house counsel at a multi-national company in India for more than one year.
